When you purchase any type of floor covering or window dressing from one of our showrooms, including relevant accessories and installation, you’ll be covered by our two year installation guarantee.
There is no sign up process involved, it just happens automatically. Your point of contact is and always will be with Bristol Carpet & Flooring Group because we care about the finished installation and everything that comes after.
Installation Guarantee Terms & Conditions
To qualify for the free two year installation guarantee you must purchase a floorcovering or window dressing product from us, alongside the relevant accessories and installation as part of one order, from any one of our three showrooms.
Accessories that must be included:
a) Carpet purchases must include underlay and grippers/door bars if replacement are deemed necessary for correct installation.
b) Luxury Vinyl purchases must include necessary preparation such as screed smoothing compound / ply board / feather finish / adhesives / underlay for click systems.
c) Wood purchases must include necessary preparation such as screed smoothing compound / ply board / feather finish / adhesives / underlay for click systems.
d) Curtain and blind purchases must include tracks / Curtain and blind purchases must include tracks / poles and correct fixing accessories.
We cannot accept responsibility for subfloors. Preparation is overlaid in readiness for the new flooring product but the subfloor itself is the responsibility of the client.
We cannot accept responsibility for preparation or accessories installed by the client or a third party.
It is manufacturers’ recommendation that any new carpet is paired with a new underlay. Not doing so may affect product performance.
The two year installation guarantee refers only to fitting aspects. Product guarantees are handled separately as these must be reported back to the manufacturer, you should still contact us to manage this process.
